Horizontal Legislation in Kosovo

There are some regulations that apply equally to all services sectors. This section provides the information on regulations of general application according to the modality through which the service can be delivered. It follows the definition of trade in services adopted in the WTO General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) [https://www.wto.org/english/tratop_e/serv_e/cbt_course_e/c1s3p1_e.htm], which is also adopted in CEFTA’s Additional Protocol 6.
