Contact Point on Trade in Services (CPS)

The main objective of this database is to facilitate access to all stakeholders to the regulatory framework that governs services activities in Kosovo, therefore assisting the operations of those already in the market and of those entrepreneurs that want to start providing services in Kosovo. CPS database contains a section “Start a Business in Kosovo” that provides all the information required to start a business in Kosovo; it also has another section that covers Accredited Professions. The legislation is covered in two sections, horizontal legislation that governs all services categorized according to the definition of trade in services under the GATS and sectorial regulation covering primary and secondary legislation. This database provides easily links to the main sources of data in services. This database provides means of communication between interested stakeholders and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, which is willing and prepared to assist the business community by all means possible.
